Just Enough Process (JEP) is a web-based, CMMI-compliant tool set that facilitates efficient and effective management of projects. It addresses all the fundamental needs of the Project Manager, Project Members, Resource Managers and Senior Management. JEP has 8 major integrated functions, as listed below:

1. Project Management
   Create and approve a project plan, track WBS activities against project plan
2. Timesheet
   Add and approve timesheets for project members; cross-reference against WBS activities
3. Risk and Issue Tracking
   Track risks and issues and link them together
4. Requirement Traceability
   Develop and map business and technical requirements and then track them
5. Change Tracking
   Document, approve and track all changes that occur on the project
6. PPQA Integrated
   Check process and product compliance and quality and generate report as an output

   Provide workflow and access control for both Project Management and Timesheeting functions

   Display both project and organization dashboards for effective tracking and monitoring

Project Management & Risk and Issue Tracking

• Record summary project information and project status data
• Plan resource, size, budget and effort allocation for each task
• Use historical data to perform estimation
• Assign tasks, effort and other project cost calculations to individual project members and track
• Track risks and issues in the project
• Record after-event actions or postmortem notes for the next project
• Display project overview, including status, on dashboard
• Provide several different views of project information

Requirement Traceability & Change Tracking & PPQA Integrated

• Create mapping between business and technical requirements and design, technical and test specifications
• Record changes that are raised in the project
• Identify the potential impacts of changes to requirements from the mapping
• Develop a PPQA plan aligned with the project plan
• Add PPQA audit reports

Timesheet

• Integration with Project Management function to allow extraction of project information, such as WBS tasks, relating only to specific assigned staff
• Identification of timesheet completion and approval
• Display summary of timesheet in project member view and project manager view, including status of timesheet
• Attach remarks or comments to each timesheet for approval

Dashboard & Report

• Project Dashboard displays various metrics by month and year for all projects
• Project Tracking Report displays current schedule, cost and risk status of an individual project
• Project Closure Report displays a project closure summary with respect to time, cost and quality
• Organization Dashboard displays various metrics by month and year for the whole organization in many views such as number of resources, resource circulation, quality control, etc. The report can also be categorized by project, task or resource type.
• Timesheet Report displays a summary of task effort for the whole organization by month and year. It may also be categorized by task or resource.

Tool Admin

• Manage users (Resources) in the organization
• Manage configurations for monitoring metrics in the dashboard

Timesheet

• เชื่อมต่อกับส่วนของ Project Management เพื่อดึงข้อมูลการมอบหมายงานในโครงการมาให้พนักงานลงเวลางานตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• กำหนดผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติการลงเวลางานของโครงการโดยสามารถกำหนดได้
• แสดงสรุปรายการ การลงเวลาที่รอการอนุมัติ ผ่านการอนุมัติ หรือ ไม่ผ่านการอนุมัติ
• กรอกข้อมูลเวลาทำงานในแต่ละวัน และกรอกความเห็น เพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้ผู้อนุมัติรับรู้ได้

Dashboard & Report

• Project Dashboard แสดงค่า metrics ต่างๆ สรุปต่อเดือน และต่อปี ของทั้งโครงการในด้านต่างๆ
